Torchtite is a dual reinforced TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) modified bitumen
roof membrane used for waterproofing. It is ideal where economy and performance
are priorities on flat roofing projects. Torchtite is used as a cap sheet in
built up systems, usually over a base layer of Hi - Ten.
Hi-Ten Elastomeric is an advanced SBS - Modified bitumen roof membrane system
for the modern flat roof, where the pour and roll method of application is preferred.
Hi-Ten Elastomeric may be applied as part of a fully bonded or partially bonded
